does anyone know the correct syntax for adjusting the fans using ipmiutil for the newer bmc 2600 boards?
I found some notes on ipmitool on the newer bmc:
Cipher Suite 3 is disabled by default since BMC firmware 1.90 and only keep Cipher Suite 17 opened by default. Due to this, the extra parameter "-C 17" is required for ipmitool to work via LAN.
but not sure if this is what is needed for ipmiutil or what is the correct syntax.
this was what was working with the ast2500 boards:
ipmiutil sensor -N <<Your Server BMC IP>> -U <<Username>> -P <<Password>> -c -g fan
but now get the following error:
GetSessChallenge: Invalid data field in request
ipmilan_open_session error, rv = 0xcc
ipmilan Invalid data field in request
ipmi_open error = 204 Invalid data field in request
ipmiutil sensor, Invalid data field in request
