Anyone else have issues with the Intel X520-DA2 on Windows 10 1709 (Fall Creators)? Before upgrading to 1709 I had no issues but all of a sudden I'm seeing the following. I've tried downloading and installing the latest drivers off Intel's website but Windows claims the latest/most up to date drivers are already installed.

Works fine on mine. I did spot two differences. I have two single port x520's which shouldn't make a difference. I also have an Intel driver from 9/2/16 version 4.0.217.0.

Try to remove the driver and reinstall it.

About the windwos 10 rolling releases in general: the big updates are a nightmare.
Since we've updated to 1709 from the previous verison at work we can't get our barcode scanner to work with the developer workstations. The device manager shows nothing (even after restarting and checking/unchecking the different filters) and the official drivers don't find a device connected.

Weird, I figured you had a different driver since there are less tabs in your screenshot.

Some of these tabs like power management might only show up when certain data can be fetched from the nic (or other device).

I've tried that. I've even tried a clean install of Windows. No dice.

New Install with 1709? Or another version?
1709.

I also tried uninstalling the drivers, disabling my network adapter so it wouldn't auto re-install the default drivers after a reboot, and then installed the latest Intel drivers (10/20/2017). Upon installing the driver it gave me the same Error Code 10 that it couldn't load the drivers properly.

It's a mini-ITX board so I only have one slot and don't have any other systems I can throw this card in.

No I didn't / never have seen a NIC bios load during bootup.

ah, I've never owned a x520, but most intel nic I've used in the past usually have a small bios like during boot where you can configure pxe boot and other thing. Well too bad that you dont have another system to test it on, that would be the only way to declare it dead for sure.

Does anyone know if the Melanox ConnectX-2 cards work with the latest Win 10 versions? Trying to pickup a single 10Gb SFP+ port replacement for as cheap as possible.
