Intel S3520 Read problem

Hi there, I have 2 x Intel S3520 480GB in raid 1 on a M5016 raid card with Write Through, No Read Ahead, Disk Cache Enabled and after 4 months the write is still the same but the read slowed down. I have tried every setting that I could think of... I even formatted the drives again and still no luck with the reads.

M5016 latest firmware/driver

Installed 2 hdd`s on the same controller and its the same, 4K QD32 is the same as 4K, as if NCQ is not enabled but it is enabled on the drives and card.

Downgraded firmware on M5016, no luck...
