Intel J1900 4x Intel NIC barebones

Has anyone tried these? Amazon.com : 2016 new products barebone mini pc J1900 Quad core 4 LAN 1080P Industrial computer : Computers & Accessories under $200 with shipping and it'll be low power with the J1900.

Here's the pic I saw that has me intrigued:

You can see the 4x Intel NICs onboard.

mSATA and 1.35v SODIMM and you've got a nice little box for under $250.

if we could get 1 of those Intel ports to be remote management... it would be a steal.

Old Intel chips rather than nice i350-am4 or even i210 based...
Is cheap , but is it good...
Is you say that's $250 built and you want a firewall appliance the spend $100 more and get a netgate 2240 or spend just 250 without the case and PSU and your even.
