It's been some time since I mined, but if it can be mined using a GPU or ASIC miner then using a CPU is a waste of power. It'll never have the ROI to be profitable.
AMD's architecture is better for RandomX on a perf/ socket and perf/ watt basis if that is what you are asking. You can see this on the consumer parts then just think to scale up.
