Since this is just a plain LSI SAS card (like a m1015) with attached SSDs (sort of) you should be able to flash 9211-8i IR firmware on it, and it should boot. Please don´t kill me if it doesn´t work.

Nice endurance on this! I want one - but held of on the Oracle cards (for now) - so should be able to keep clear of this as well - as long as no OBO $99 + global shipping appears...
