    What would be the primary use case of an Optane drive in a homelab? Applications that are data intensive?

    Read/write cache in front of other media
    Dedicated storage for high performance (high iops + low latency applications)
    Or an wesesome boot device :D

    I have got one 280GB 900p, too. Still thinking about to use as boot drive in my desktop PC. :)

    Have used one since they came out, well worth it as primary drive in desktop\workstation :)
