Seems like an OK deal for an AMD RX-427BB based thin client with PCIe slot, even considering the PSU and drive are missing. I have no experience with this seller.

Does it use standard hp PSU for laptops and NVMe drive?

Edit:

I was considering it for media center PC but these will be very slow even if they have 4K HEVC decoder.

I was interested until I saw the sellers feedback. Think I'll pass. :p
What is your use case? They are piledrivers, inefficient and slow :) Yeah they are pretty much free but u have to put your time in them.

To be honest, I don't really need it. But that has never stopped me before, but bad feedback will.

I meant no offense :) I was thinking about its intel counterpart as i3-6100t.

I wouldn't exactly call them slow--their single thread performance isfaster then than the J5005 that is a few years newer. And while they do sip a bit more power, it's like $5 over the course of a whole year:

No offense taken. :) Ah yes, for their power compared to a desktop cpu of the same era--no contest. :)

One of the things I did to figure out where the D510 Atoms, et al stood out in terms of performance was to do the same type of comparison. I was shocked at how slow they actually are!
