Currently using the T620 as a low-powered homeserver and was wondering if anyone has figured out how to enable iommu on this? Theoretically the cpu does support it (I think!) but there is no bios option. It might be a bit extreme but if somebody has figured out coreboot then iommu could probably be enabled.

Thanks,

Which OS?

there are BIOS settings to enable VD-d. those have to be turned on first. Then there are steps to install/configure IOMMU on your OS. there are pleanty of youtube videos describing how to set this up.

I'm using proxmox and enabled all the grub flags (amd_iommu=on iommu=PT etc) and iommu still doesn't seem to be enabled, that's why I figured it was a problem in the bios.

Just been told that iommu on this is impossible due to amd masking off iommu support for their mobile cpus like the one in the t620.
