I just received a Supermicro X9DRH-7F board and the seller says there is a BIOS password, which the seller has provided, so I should be able to get in. However, I would like to just clear the password entirely so that it is no longer required. The Supermicro manual shows how to set a BIOS password, but doesn't mention how to clear it. Do i just set the password to an empty string? I won't have time to test this motherboard until next week, so just trying to do a little research so I'll be ready when I have time.
