Help with Supermicro BPN-SAS2-836EL2

I have a supermicro case with this backplane and all was working fine but on a reboot I'm getting the last column of drive bays have the red LEDs flashing. All other drives are working but any drives in this row are not recognized. Any thoughts on this issue would help.

Just some further items that were tired in troubleshooting. Still see the error lights when backplane is disconnected from the HBA. Also confired all power connectors are connected and they are getting proper voltage. I remove disks and inspected connectors for any problems but all is fine
