Help Needed on EX3300 Juniper

Hi,

I have an error on my Juniper.
LED:Alarm Speed 3. When login to the management console, will need to reload because it have error on the primary Junos.

When trying to download, i can't get this copy of the switch image.
Anyone can help to download and send this to me??
Appreciate this if you can share it somewhere.

you essentially have a primary boot option and a backup boot option.. both have their own image and configuration.. it seems you primary is non functional, or you have forced it to boot into backup..

even when in the backup image, you can fix this easily by cloning the backup to the primary:

thanks. got it fixed, but still would there be anyone who can send me the file to upgrade the switch? feeling hopeful...
