Help getting Mellanox ConnectX-2 working in Windows 10

So.. Not sure what's going on..

Was hoping for plug and play but it ain't happening

Installed Connectx-2 driver (5.10) and windows and the bios both detect the device as a PCI Memory controller.

Tried manually selecting the connectx-2 driver for it, Device failed to start

Any tips?

Could it be a card firmware issue?

Looks like a dud card, ran flint to try a firmware update and it said no flash detected, only one device is shown with mst status

It was a plug and play install for me.

just a suggestion:
make sure that you do not plug to pcie slot that came for pcie multiplexer

Yeah I reckon the card is cactus, I've tried all sorts of voodoo, no joy. eBay seller has refunded the funds, will just buy 2 more in case one is a dud.
