Something is odd here... hopefully that's not the voltage going through this chip, or it has about a week of life left.

P9D-E/4L (with ASMB7-iKVM installed), latest BIOS at 0701
Xeon E3-1245 V3

Both in the BIOS and in the remote management, it shows 1.744 - 1.753 vcore. Why in the world would it be that high? It shows this while in the BIOS or while booted to ESXi. Pretty much all the time.

Anyone seen this behavior before? It has this behavior with and without the ASMB7-iKVM installed and configured. Maybe it's a BIOS glitch?

Ok, I think I stumbled onto my own answer... it's reading Haswells FIVR (Fully Integrated Voltage Regulator) feed, and not the actual Vcore as labled in the BIOS. Saw that and panic set in before realizing. Hopefully this helps someone who sees that as well.
