Last year my Epyc ES build died, I ended up moving and totally forgot about it. Yesterday I put it back together and it actually booted to windows and linux, it would only boot once out of every 10 resets but it was working. Today I put it in a case, now it won't get past DXE 0x62 Installation of the South Bridge Runtime Services. When it would boot into windows it would only show 62 of 64 threads, and one of the ram slots doesn't work.
I'm wondering if it's a cpu or mobo problem? I really want to get it up and running again.
