from a point you flashed a signed FW you can't downgrade, same with BMC FW. you have to use hardware flasher.H11DSi?
Must be a recent addition then.
I remember that it didn't care before.
Downgrade the ipmi?

Unfortunaly no :/H11DSi?

was correct in my first post, later typo.
don't work on "this" board or defective cpu..(to be cont.)I've finally had time to use my new CH341, and it's still the same. And this time the bios reread matches the injected file.
Yes I'm waiting to receive another motherboard so I can test it. (I'm too lazy to disassemble a cpu on another of my motherboards).don't work on "this" board or defective cpu..(to be cont.)
where did you pick up the H12DSi? What CPUs are you running on it?Yes I'm waiting to receive another motherboard so I can test it. (I'm too lazy to disassemble a cpu on another of my motherboards).
what do you want todo ? e.g. the FW package 1.46 can be downloadedon a side note.. anyone with an H11xxx, a CH341a "with SOP16 clip" and IPMI <1.52.21 willing to dump a raw read of the BMC flash chip?
yeah, but it can't be directly flashed like that.. I tried. The flash from IPMI update page does some voodoo behind the scenes during it's reflash processwhat do you want todo ? e.g. the FW package 1.46 can be downloaded
what i know there are two SMD resistors to change, VRM programming can be checked if you find a updated board and compare with yours.wondering if the VRM controllers got some changes at some point just before supermicro started putting stickers and making them all 2.0 boards
sure not, with SPI programmer, after flash, set correct IPMI MAC() with IPMICFG.efiyeah, but it can't be directly flashed like that.. I tried. The flash from IPMI update page does some voodoo behind the scenes during it's reflash process
it's more than that.. flashing the bmc directly to flash with a programmer doesn't work.. it's inoperable afterwards. no bmc heartbeat or activitysure not, with SPI programmer, after flash, set correct IPMI MAC() with IPMICFG.efi
supermicro H11 BMC FW use bin file not img.it's more than that.. flashing the bmc directly to flash with a programmer doesn't work.. it's inoperable afterwards. no bmc heartbeat or activity
