I had a server with two fusion-io drives go down hard. When it came back up it performed the consistency check and one passed and the other failed. I tried fio_attach /dev/fct1 --rescan and I see this error in the logs:

Is there anything else I can try from a recovery perspective, or do I need to format it and start over?
Thanks,
-Mark

BTW - I am new to the fusion-io world (so assume nothing). ;-)
