That is exactly on-point. The nice part about these drives is that the MLC ones were made on an older process. Sure you will not have the 460,000 full disk re-writes, but if you are just looking for low latency storage, these are a good bet.

Anyone know if these work in FreeNAS/FreeBSD? My quick search yielded me old, conflicting answers.
