Fujitsu D2616-A12 GS 4 SAS card flash to IT mode possible?

Hi everyone. I was trying to build my own TrueNAS server and I bought the Fujitsu D2616-A12 online, thinking it will get all my drives connected.

I overlooked the RAID issue.

Now that its bought (and return isn't an option, because I clicked "confirm receipt" on the site):
Is there a way to flash it into IT mode?

I'm fairly new in the server config side of things, but I see that there are specific LSI based card that can be crossflashed into IT mode, and certain Fujitsu cards can be flashed. Just that my particular card does not seem to have much documentation on this.

Any help would be much appreciated. Lost a good week to this RAID card rabbit hole

• 6Gb/s SAS ports PCI Express 2.0 x8
• LSISAS2108 6Gb/s RAID-on-Chip
• 512MB 800MHz DDRII cache memory
• Optional Battery Backup Unit (BBU)
