Hi,
I am parting away with Homelab server, please see the specs below:
Motherboard: SuperMicro X10SRi-F
RAM: 128 GB DDR4-2333 ECC
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2667v4
Case: Fractal Define 7 w/10 HDD trays, 3x140mm fans, sound-damped front, top and side panels
PSU: Gigabyte GM-750 modular
Storage1: (2x) Micron M600 256 SATA SSD drives
Storage2: Supermicro AOC-SLG3-2M2 w/ (2x) 58GB Intel P1600x Optane NVME drives
Storage3: Asus Hyper m.2 x16 v2 w/ (4x) 1TB SK Hynix Gold NVME drives
Storage4: (4x) 16TB WD EDGZ 7200rpm SATA hard drives, ~15000 hours power-on time
Storage Spare: (1x) 16 WD EMFZ 5400rpm SATA hard drive
Storage Caddy: 3.5” Internal HDD caddy for removable drive w/ Orico 3.5”-to-2.5” adapter

There are some accessories that came with the case and other peripherals.
The server is near silent, thanks to sound insulated panels. You can keep it on your desk, it makes less noise than your average work desktop.
There are 10 HDD trays in total (there 2 more trays in the case behind the bottom shroud), plus a hot-swap capable Orico 3.5" caddy.
HDD trays equipped with rubber grommets, they help with absorbing the vibration.
The system is very power efficient and draws only 49W without any rust drives at idle. It jumps up to ~90 with 7 rust drives connected (measured with kill-a-watt)
All the drives report "Good" with SMART utility, 16TB drives have ~15000 power-on hours.

Asking $1500, all in. I will accept cash, Zelle or PayPal Friends&Family. I do not want to deal with shipping, so local pickup (south of Boston) or in-person meet in Greater Boston area. First one to offer asking price will also get a 40 Gigabit networking kit (3xMellanox ConnectX3 VPI NICs and QSFP cables), can be used 3 node switchless ad-hoc network.

Although I want to sell it locally, I will consider "to-good-to-pass-on" offers for any of the line items above as long as buyer assumes shipping cost.
DM me for questions/extra pictures.

cool build - GLWS! (also you had a couple typos in your descriptions: "w/2x58GB Intel Optane NVME drives" I assume that's 2x 256 GB, right?)

Those are, in fact a couple of 58GB P1600x Optane modules. Sorry for the confusion. I updated formatting a bit.
