I have a Lian-Li PC-Q26 case for sale. Bought but never used. It's in mint/like-new condition.

When I bought it the original owner had purchased additional backplanes for the 3.5" cage so all of the slots are hot-swap/backplaned. That alone makes the case worth my asking price of $123 shipped to US50. This is a popular case for the ASRock E3C224D4I-14S extended mini-ITX board(yes it's compatible).
*I lost the hard drive mounting screws during a move, as such I've reduced the price to reflect this.
You can find the necessary screws at the link below, you will need to order 2 sets of 20 for a total of 40 screws, I was able to find at least a few to include so that you have all 44 to mount hard drives.
