Looks like square ILM socket 2011.

you could use any standard 2011 cooler. i would not recommend any large size fan. The CPU 1 socket furthest from the PSU has smaller clearance from the plastic bracket which cover the PCIe cards. so a smaller fan would be good. you can also buy standard lenovo D30/S30 cooler for about $20 each:

CPU2 socket has more clearance so should be fine with most normal size oem cooler fan

you can also cut down the plastic bracket covering the pcie cards..
