Does the T620 have a coa for win embedded 64-bit and can it take some more ram without removing the existing 4gb? Might be interested in this as an upgrade to a Dell Wyse tc that I've been using for a few years now.

I double checked the ram and it actually has two sodimms, 6GB total.
There is a Windows Embedded Standard sticker on it, but I don't have any installation media.

I'm assuming one module is 4gb and one is 2gb, correct? Does it say what version of embedded? If it's higher than 8, it won't matter, but 7 had different versions for 64/32 bit.

Feel free to PM me pics as well.
