Howdy fellow Texan... just a heads up, you can get shipping boxes with the inner foam off amazon for $60. Good luck with your sale :)

How loud are the fans with a medium load? I'm in San Antonio, NW-side and could pick one or two up.

They run fairly quiet, all things considered. They get loud during POST but settle down considerably once booted. I find most network switches to be louder.

I'm on the NE side near 281 and 1604, feel free to DM me if you'd like to meet up.

I have one, like busterswt said it is loud at boot but goes nearly silent after that (for a server). Medium load comes up a little but the nice thing about these is that the fans will ramp up an down as needed and have a decent number of steps. My 6610 is always louder except at boot. It will also get louder the warmer the intake air is. It has a ton of sensors for heat control.
