It's an ICX-6610-48P with 1 PSU included. I have I and E versions that someone can chose from. I cleared up the post a bit as well.

Would the SFP-H10GB-CU5M work for connection from cisco switch to cisco switch? The two switch models are Catalyst 4948E-F.

I haven't used them on your specific model but they're DACs and work in a wide variety of equipment from IBM to Intel and Dell.
