Front panel: Consumer/non-supermicro chassis with supermicro motherboard

Hi

I have a supermicro x12spm-ln6tf motherboard with a silverstone/non supermicro chassis. I'm struggling to figure out how to connect the front panel in the jf1 pins, plus which is positive/negative and what way up.

I see converters online but they're for the opposite of my scenario.

Any ideas?

arrow/triangle is positive
unmarked side is negative/ground

Thanks. I have the usual power, reset buttons plus HDD and power led.

So basically it's really no different to a desktop motherboard?

(odd number is positive)

Pin1 + 2: pwr positive negative
Pin3 + 4: reset positive negative
Pin13 + 14: HDD led positive negative
Pin15 + 16: power led positive negative
