FreeNAS 9.10 errors in console and slow re-silver.

In a ESXi/FreeNAS AIO system, I see these errors in the console. The system seems to be functioning normally but I just replaced a drive and re-silvering is happening at only 50 MBps. The other drive I replaced was reslivered at around 900MBps.

Previously the onboard LSI2116 was connected to a BPN-SAS2-826EL1 expander. Now I have 4 breakout cables connected to 16 ports in a BPN-SAS-846TQ backplane. Could it be due to faulty cables or backplane?

Does that look like your boot drive that is throwing those errors?

Yup. You are right. That looks like the boot drive. This is an AIO system. The boot drive is actually a VMDK file.
