I wish I knew anything about these, but they are way, way, way beyond my needs so I never even looked at them. I just know that for the same part number I couldn't find anything in this price range by about $200-300, so it doesn't sounds like it's missing anything license-wise or anything else that would come with that particular part number and is simply discounted to clear inventory.

Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable on these will chime in on the licensing.
