I really hate new windows installs and the productivity lost while re-configuring, and learning how to adapt to massive changes 
extremely upsetting!
Evernote in this case is giving me a ton of issues!
It appears windows 10 latest version has changed how windows handles scaling?
Evernote won't clip screens easily it zooms in if one my screens is >100% scaling
Also I can't get Evernote to markup images... I know they ditched Skitch awhile ago but something was letting me markup images before they went into evernote where did this go?
Anyone got any suggestions? The forums on Evernote were from 2 or so years ago regarding scaling problem, couldn't find a fix or why it's not actually FIXED from 2 years ago...
