Esxi pci-e adapter and Ultrastar SN200 Series NVMe SSD

Hello, i need some help because maybe i didnt understand the right way to make it work.....
i bought from amazon this adapter https://www.amazon.com/10Gtek-SFF-8639-Adapter/dp/B0BBF221J9 and i installed on it a nvme ssd HGST HUSMR7676BDP3Y1....
from the esxi host i can see the storage adapter and the controller but i cannot see the disk into the devices (look the attached images).... whet im doing wrong ?

Have had same model which came with 520B formatted. Updated firmware and re-formatted to 512B and after that all namespaces have been visible and usable.

There was a threat here at STH with links to firmware. And another threat regarding re-formatting to 512B.
I might have the firmware still somewhere in my archives, but currently on years end holiday trip with family. Back on 3rd if you do not find it for yourself.
