i would buy a board without 10G and use a NIC PCIe Card. Or am I missing something ?

During my early quest on SM H12SSL MB, I had been pondering on the Broadcom NIC. Since they are Broadcom, so I decided to get the one without 10GbE which was cheaper as well

But if you wanted a H12SSL MB with 4 native NVMe via 2 SimSAS (x8), you have no choice since H12SSL-NT is the only option

And SM H12SSL has limited PCIe Expansion Connectors ( unlike ASRock Rack), but you have more PCIe slots

we need another company that builds boards with the advantages of both: SuperRock, SuperRack or ASMicro.

no luv for tyan? option for 10G or not. intel based nics. nvme. dual m.2 pcie gen4. supported both rome and milan (first bios to support milan) relatively inexpensive. relatively available. 1 good US based tech support :)

I will consider Tyan MB as "inexpensive" if the price of a new S8030GM4NE or S8030GM4NE-2T is around or under $400 USD. I think someone was able purchase S8030GM4NE at that price a year ago, but no more now

prices are relative and in the US, the Tyans have been less expensive than their generic cohorts (sm, asrockrack, gigabyte, asus, etc)
