No problem with 12V(vs 48V) powering but it's not listed as supported and also seller feedback is somewhat iffy.
Also that power button suggests that it may have problems with unmanned reboots via PDU.

Reading that manual in the screenshot it also says it needs a “21 inch open rack”, so it looks like an OCP switch.

I think that’s a SKU with 12V PSUs

Edit: I also don't see the 7762 listed in the SONiC support hardware list. I do see the 7726, but it seems this is a real SKU and not a typo. Not sure if it's supported, and while it seems reasonable YMMV.

website lists it as supporting sonic

Dimensions (WxDxH): 43.84 x 51.5 x 4.35 cm (17.25 x 20.27 x 1.71 in.)
It's 20in deep

Edit: actually correction, these are Open Rack not 19in rack. Looking at the A in the part number, I wonder if these were made for AWS or Azure

This isn't a standard 7762, so dimensions from the standard datasheet don't apply. That picture on the leaflet looks like Kylo Ren's chest, wide AF. And the power button is probably connected to some contactor to engage a soft start for the 50-ish amps max this thing is gonna draw from the 12v bus. Nice specs, but definitely won't work in a standard rack.
