I think I saw a pattern of how Ebay do the VIP extra bucks. They released it every month but on certain date. Not sure if other ppl on this forum saw the same pattern.
I don't consider myself spending alot compare to other members. For me, it's been about the same date and twice every month. Once for 5x and the other is either 3x or 4x.
