Got a Eaton EMA114-10 setup in a data center they are having trouble factory resting it.
They're able to connect via serial, press and release the reset button on the PDU whilst pressing ESC key several times and a promopt (=>) appears, then execute "Defaults" after it just asks to login and admin/admin is not working.
Could anyone assist in guiding me.
