E3-1285v4 eBay legit?

Hi, been thinking about putting together a secondary, backup machine and was looking for highest end CPU for X10SLM board.
Came across this E3-1285v4 on eBay. Is there anything suspicious about this listing? It appears to be OEM, not ES/QS, but is located in China.
Any input appreciated.

Only red flag for me is the 7 negative feedback items, mostly about slow/non delivery. But that's 7 of 500+ buyers that commented,. so not an outlandish defect rate. Otherwise there is nothing particularly suspect about it - except the seller's location, of course.
