Do SATA Heliums have different Connectors?

I am considering this used HGST Helium 6tb but looking the photos the sata connectors look physically different than my SATA drives which are all nonhelium 4tb HGST NAS drives.

So is it possible that this drive has a differ connection such that it won't work in my external Icy Dock enclosure?

SATA connectors are standardized. SAS drives will have different connectors (that are also standardized). SAS drives will not work in SATA-only enclosures. SATA drives will work in most SAS enclosures.
