I've been using a TRENDnet TC-P48C6 (48-port CAT6 patch panel) with my Ubiquiti US-48-750W switch and it's been working fine.

However, I want to use the two SFP+ ports to connect 10 GbE to my storage server and to my primary desktop PC. (re: Mellanox ConnectX-3 cards)

How can I route the (fiber?) cable from the back of my storage server to the front of my switch? (there is no room to 'cheat' and run the wire inside and to the front of the rack around the equipment)

I guess the cheapest solution would be to buy a cheap (??) 1U LC patch panel?

Are there any solutions to replace my existing patch panel with a larger one that includes LC pass-throughs and can transfer my existing patch blocks (?)

Thanks for any advice!
