Difference between 560FLR-SFP+ and 560SFP+ ADAPTER

I'm trying to move all my servers from 1gig ether net to SFP+

One of servers has a HP 560SFP+ card (HSTNS -BN96) similar cards on ebay run from 40-60$. But I came across HP 560FLR-SFP+ which are 18$:

I don't know the difference? I've never used SFP+ before, will these work as well?

FLR stands for FlexibleLOM Rack adapter. It's HP proprietary LOM (LAN on Motherboard) slot standard.
The FLR cards for older generations of servers are much cheaper than PCIe versions because they only can be used with those older HP servers.

Ahhh, ok. So FLR cards will not work with HP DL 360 G9

I just need one SFP socket per card and need about 14 cards. Is there a card you recommend which will work well HP 360 G9 servers?

The card you linked will work in DL360 G9.

Oh really. I'm still a bit confused. One of my G9's already has a 560 SFP+, so you are saying that I can connect the 560FLR-SFP+ in the same slot?

Also, I have a few G8's as well. Will the FLR's work on them as well in the same slot?

Thanks for the link. It says the instructions are valid only for cases that look like the photo in the link. I have the following case:

HP PROLIANT DL360 GEN 9 G9 2 x TWELVE CORE 2.80GHZ E5-2680v3 16GB 2 x 300GB SRV | eBay

It does not have the silver in the front.

I ordered two and the arista switch to test things out. Any recommendations on what transceivers to get?

Also what transreciever to get for the RJ45 1gig connection.
