I found a YR352 card on ebay for about $15. Are they compatible with other motherboards or Dell only?

I don't have that card or a R900, but I'd say no. It is the I/O riser card (a mandatory component of the R900) and also has the BMC and the connection to the DRAC onboard. And the card edge connector is definitely nothing standard.
