Dell R230 - Add 10G and external HBA

The R230 has 1 PCIE x8 and 1 PCIE x4 slots. I need to add a 10G NIC and an external HBA. What are my options?

Does it have mezzanine or lom slots?

What is the difference? This is my first dell enterprise server. How do I find out which one I have?

Lom is a proprietary connector for nics (1gbe,10gbe, 1~4 port), mezzanine is a standard connector for add on/daughter cards.
Usually it's mentioned in the spec sheet.
