I have a couple that I got off dfsdirectsales.com at various times (when there were server coupons). When purchased from Dell DFS they came with 72 Gigs of RAM and one 250 Gig SATA HD - they were priced around $600, and with coupon they were around $400 (from memory), it's been a few months.

I'm currently preparing one for colo, they are nice little systems and rails can be found if needed (mine shipped with an odd bracket on each side, the server side of the rail kit pre-installed. I have ordered rails from Used Dell Servers, Dell Servers, Used Servers, but have not gotten them yet. They run Windows Server 2012 R2 quite nicely.
