Kind of off topic but why do Dell card have to be tall and is that the cache memory slot? Can you upgrade the cache on these? This is a rebranded 9260-8i, correct?

As for it's tallness who knows why, makes it impossible for SFF cases.
The RAM comes in 512MB and 1GB also a NV version too.
