Isn't this already the cheapest price for an M1015/LSI 9211-8i clone on ebay? You can't be too disappointed he won't take a lower offer. It's kind of dumb to include the option to offer though.

I am assuming that cross flashing a H200/H310 with any of the mentioned IT/LSI firmware would cause me to loose management of the card via OpenManage on a Dell server, yes?
