Dell C6100 Reboots after starting

I shut down the server (Running Windows Server 2008 R2) and then restart it. Everything appears normal and I can see the Windows Start screen (the green progress bars), then it reboots, when then takes me to the Windows Error Recovery screen where the default option is Launch Startup Repair. Anyone see or had this issue before?
