    Only 400 GB but SAS 12 GB/s; Dell classifies as Mixed Usage/WI.

    Well those do sound more realistic to be honest for a 1600 modell which usually are quite good.
    Not sure whether there is a fault at Dell's or if thats a dumbed down drive ... we need a guniea pig;)

    Got HGST SSDMM8080 (800 GB, 12 GB/s, 5 pcs) some weeks ago for 205 each. So even for a newer 1600-er 50 ct/GB doesn't seem to be a good deal these days.
