Works great in Supermicro X9 series motherboards and likely others.

Yeah sorry to say that, but at least in Europe they're by far not worth as much as you'd like them to be...

Why?
1066MHz, RDIMMs (not LRDIMMs) and Quad Rank (I don't know a single board that has official support for Quad Rank RDIMMs).

I've been buying 32GB DDR3-1866 LRDIMMs (M386B4G70DM0) for about 30-35€ per stick recently.
