CX341A (Mellanox ConnectX-3 OCP Ver., single port) users, how many PCIe lanes are your cards running at?

I have two of those cards, both of them are running on x2 PCIe only (one is 2.0, one is 3.0). I wonder if it is the limitation of the card or is it some other problem? I am sure my PCIe slots are not running on x1 or x2 mode.
