I've read through a multitude of guides and such on cross-flashing an IBM ServeRAID M5015 to an LSI 9260-8i. It's looked pretty straight forward and I figured I should be okay, right? Well, not so much...I've got an interesting issue.
To preface, I have FW 12.12.0-0039 of the card. I booted from a USB flash drive using FreeDOS and I had all the necessary files on the drive. I was using mobilenvidia's walkthrough that's been posted here in the forums, and I started as follows:

MEGAREC kicks off and then I get the following:
Right after that, the following comes up:
So do I need to put a jumper cover on the pins that reset the card back to factory, power it on, power back down, remove the cover, and try again? Or is there something wrong with the card (which I doubt since I was able to get into the WebBIOS settings and play around in there just fine)?
