Does anyone have access to firmware for EoL ASA devices like the 5545-X? The version I have is 9.8 and I am looking for at least 9.13.

I have been having a similar issue and I can supply some tips. First, I have found a useful site that has an xml file that contains all the hashes, here. I have not verified that all the hashes listed checks out with cisco, but all the ones I have checked have been spot on. This will help you search and verify for good bins. I had to step up to getting more current firmware, so make sure you are safe to go from 9.8 to 9.13. Also you will find a compatibility matrix for asdm here
