Chelsio T580-LP-CR DAC and Windows Server question

I am trying to setup a Chelsio T580-LP-CR on a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine using Mellanox QSFP+ DACs to both Arista and Quanta switches. The other ports that are connected (2x on the X710, 1x X540 and 1x i350) are all online. The two Chelsio ports show Network Cable unplugged.


Does anyone have ideas regarding how to resolve this? The normal install driver-> plug in cable did not work apparently.

Somewhat. I installed Linux. I was told by the Chelsio folks that the Windows driver should work out of the box.

Okay, thanks for the reply. I did resolve this though. It was due to auto negotiation on the Cisco equipment. Disable it and the connection gets established.

i have similar issue T430 on a freenas 10 connecting to netgear xx712T switch....not sure if this is the same problem?
